The 9 km private beach is accessed by a private road and boardwalks leading right onto the beach and Indian Ocean with 180 degrees of fabulous views of the sea from all bedrooms. Situated halfway between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth, Mossel Bay is a coastal village and harbour of the World Famous Garden Route. This popular holiday town is surrounded by a sunbathed peninsula is a popular resort for summer and an ideal retreat during winter. The area offers some of the most beautiful scenery and the widest variety of nature's gems to be found anywhere in the world The Garden Route stretches for two hundred miles from Heidelberg in the west to the Storms River mouth in the east.

This wonderful accommodation has 4 double bedrooms with 6 single beds and 1 kingsize and caters for 10 comfortably with a maximum of 12. It boasts a private swimming pool and balcony and includes all necessary amenities such as Sky TV, access to a bar, shops, and restaurants which are 10 minutes away. The airport is 35 minutes drive away. Garden Route of South Africa is a golfing paradise with 6 championship courses within a forty minute drive.

The private Nautilus Bay is only 200 yards away from the villa. Also called the "Karoo-by-the-Sea town", Mossel Bay features in the Guiness Book of Records as having the mildest all-year climate in the world, second only to Hawaii. It's most important feature is its status as the historical capital of the Garden Route. Passenger liners dock regularly with use of the modern docking facilities. Mossel Bay is a rapidly growing tourist destination as more travellers are discovering the Jewel of the Cape Garden Route.
